Scholarship Program

The scholarship program to date has awarded over $240,000 to 225 high school graduating seniors.

The Scholarship Program remains an important component of the Foundation as it:

  • Provides scholarship funds for deserving graduating high school seniors in Prince George’s County and the surrounding area.
  • Recognizes the contributions and academic achievement of our student participants over the past year.
  • Acknowledges the newest mentees and student leaders in our programs.

2024-2025 PI Upsilon Lambda Charitable Foundation Scholarship Guidelines

The completed Scholarship Application must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025.

The 2025 Scholarship Application is available December 4, 2024 – March 7, 2025.

Award Components and Criteria:

PUL Foundation General Scholarship Multiple Up to $5,000
  • Be a graduating Prince George’s County High School Senior OR reside in Prince George’s County
  • Accepted by a 4-Year College or University

Rosalind C. Harmon Scholarship 1 Up to $1,500
  • Be a graduating Prince George’s County High School Senior
  • Accepted by a 4-Year College or University
  • Child of a single parent who is your prime financial support

The David E. Harmon, Sr. Memorial Scholarship 1 Up to $1500
  • Must be a male graduating Senior majoring in STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry etc.)
  • Minimum GPA 2.8

The Charlie Holloway Scholarship 1 Up to $500
  • Be a graduating Prince George’s County or DC Public HS Senior.
  • Accepted by a Vocational, Community College, or Four Year University.
  • Majors in Science will be given additional consideration.

PULCF Community College Scholarship 1 Up to $500
  • Be a graduating Prince George’s County HS Senior.
  • Must be accepted to a Community College.
  • Minimum GPA 2.8.
